Alright guys, I have done a video on this in the past but it is so important I thought it was good to update the video and revisit this classic mobility exercise for ankle motion.
The ankle actually has multiple movement patterns that most people don't think of including inversion and eversion. In this video I show you how to work on improving those movements with no equipment at all.
This is a great progression that goes from getting you to properly fire your abdominals correctly to strengthening them up.
This is by far my favorite posture exercise. It works very well to stretch the anterior (front side) muscles while also strengthening the upper and middle back to pull you into a better posture.
Easy way to stretch the upper calf muscle but pay attention to the details to make sure you are doing this exercise correctly to protect your low back and shoulders. The devil is in the details!
