Do me a favor and stand up. Now look down at your feet. Is one or both of them turned in or out? If so then you have restricted hip motion that is causing compensations in your musculoskeletal system that is likely leading to pain or will at some point. Now do this...Go down into as deep of a squat as you can go. Do you immediately turn your feet out? Then you are missing internal rotation in your hips and are making up for it in your feet.
