• Navigate to Navy Care on web or download the Navy Care app on your mobile device via Google Play or App Store to begin the enrollment process.
  • Enrollment steps are the same on both mobile and web.
• Open the Navy Care app on any Android or iOS mobile device
• Select Sign Up and enter required
• information:
  • First and last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Select gender
  • Choose your current location from the drop down
  • Email
  • Password
    
  •  Agree to the Terms of Use

Preparing for your visit

•  Please wear PT gear or equivalent clothing that is easy to move around in during the assessment.
• For optimal assessment, please use a quiet, semi-private location with reliable wi-fi access, good lighting, and some space for movement.
• Start your visit
  • Prior to your appointment time you will receive an email with a link to join the call. You may join the call up to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
    
  •  In order to join the call, click “get started” link in email.
  • Next, click “start your visit now” or open the Navy Care app to access your appointment.
  • Enter reason for your visit, Agree to the privacy acknowledgement statement, Agree to the sharing of health information statement
  •  Allow access to camera and microphone when prompted.
  • This must be allowed in order to perform the telehealth visit.
  • **If you deny camera/microphone access you will need to return to your phone’s settings and adjust the settings for the navy care app to allow camera/ and microphone access.**
  • Please wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider starts the visit. You will know you are in the waiting room if you see a short video from Navy Care regarding virtual visits.
